This newly renovated apartment is perfect for clients who want to be in the heart of the Gothic area of Barcelona

Situated in a beautifully renovated building which offers easy access to restaurants and many points of interest in the center of Barcelona.

The Apartment:

This lovely three bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautifully restored building with elevator.

The living-dining area has a comfortable sofa which is the perfect spot to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The television has satelitte channels and the apartment has cable internet connection.

The first and second bedrooms each have two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed and there is a single sofa bed which can be used for a 6th guest. Each bedroom has wardrobe space for your belongings.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need for a hassle free stay including, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine...

There are two complete bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with a shower unit. Fresh towels and linens are available for use on arrival.

Quality

L'accueil: Très bon, nous étions attendues et M. Font a été très
aimable et nous a introduites dans l'appartement.

L'emplacement: Nous avons trouvé que l'endroit était très bien situé,
près de tout et facile d'accès à tous les points de vue. La seule
remarque que je dois faire est que étant sur une rue piétonne, et la
chambre où je me trouvais se trouvant sur la rue, c'était bruyant tard
la nuit( cris, rires etc).

Qualité de la location: L'appartement était très bien, propre et il ne
manquait rien. Les lits étaient confortables, la literie suffisante,
bref nous étions bien contentes de ce choix. La sécurité était très
bonne également.

Voilà pour mes commentaires, en résumé, nous avons été très satisfaites
à tout point de vue. Merci pour la possibilité que nous avons eue de
louer cet appartement. Si je dois renouveler l'expérience je vous
contacterai à nouveau et entre temps je n'hésiterai pas à vous
recommander. Merci encore.
