DESCRIPTION

The farmhouse'castel is located in the hills between San Miniato
and San Gimignano, in a beautiful and panoramic position. Six independent
apartments have been created, the result of a careful restoration.
Close to the apartments is an 11 by 5 metre swimming pool, and there's
also a barbeque and sun terrace.
The owners will be more than happy to show guests the cellar and offer tasting's of thier products: wine and olive oil.

This apartment develops on two floors and has entrances both from an
internal or external staircase. The external entrance is from the southwest
side of the farmhouse through a terrace directly into the living room . The
internal staircase leads to modern kitchen, equipped with gas range and
fridge with freezer.
The spacious living room with double sofa bed and Sat. TV is up 5
steps from the kitchen. An open passage from the living room leads to a
hallway with doors to the various rooms. There is a double room and a twin
room, and two complete bathrooms with shower stalls.

Caution: 200 euro

MINIMUM STAY

7 days, high season only from Saturday to Saturday.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par trois jeunes adultes dynamiques et très à l'écoute de leurs clients. Tout a été parfait et l'emplacement est loin des grands centres, mais on peu très bien se déplacer en train ou en auto et c'est un endroit de rêve. On peu difficilement trouver mieux si on aime la nature.
