At this Villa you have total access to the swimming pool at a neighboring property. The pool is only 30 yards from the house, but please note that you share it with others (maximum 18 people).

The villa is divided into three separate apartments; the ground floor (with private entrance) is home to the proprietor.The other two apartments share a common entrance.
Each apartment is spacious, sunny, quiet and air-conditioned and the villa is surrounded by a gardenthat is very meticulously kept.
