DESCRIPTION

This bright apartment is located on the third floor of a modernist building by one of Barcelona's most notorious architects: Domenec i Montaner. His daughter used to live on the first floor. Both the building and the Eixample area breath the grandeur of the late-nineteenth century bourgeoisie, that new to marry class and practical daily life.

The apartment is located on the Gran Via de las Cortes Catalanes, one of the main arteries in the city, and thus enjoying excellent connections. The whole Eixample area as well as the old city centre, which is nearby, can be discovered on foot. Just in front of the apartment one can take the red underground line Urgell, either to go in 4-5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya or to the fairground Plaza Espanya. The direct airport bus stops nearby. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are all around.

The apartment is very bright and offers a very practical and efficient distribution. The spacious livingroom is located next to the large kitchen (separated with a door from the washing and cleaning room). The three bedrooms are all quite large. A plus because hard to find in Barcelona are definitely the two fully equipped bathrooms, both with the bath/shower combination.
