Qualité du service de l'Antre-Amis :— Excellent à tous points de vue. À Nice, Madame Guido fut d'une extrême gentillesse. Quelques minutes en retard, elle s'est amplement rachetée en nous accompagnant avec sa voiture jusqu'à l'épicerie aller/retour. Elle nous a renseigné parfaitement sur les particularités de la villa et de la région.
Accueil du propriétaire. — À Nice, c'est Madame Guido qui remplaçait le proprio. 10/10
Emplacement — Bien situé. Belle vue. Tranquille à souhait. 9/10

Qualité de la résidence louée. —Belle et bonne construction. Bien décorée. Plaisant à vivre. Bien équipée. Contient tous ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner même de façon élaborée. Nous aurions cependant apprécié avoir des chaises longues à notre disposition. 9/10
Propreté etc. — Très propre. Rien à redire. 10/10
