The building is in Barcelona’s old town district, next to the Born neighborhood and in front of Port Vell, an ideal location from which to explore and enjoy the town. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE BUILDING HAS AN ELEVATOR, YOU MUST CLIMB SOME STEPS ON EACH FLOOR.
The building has videosurveillance and each apartment has a safety deposit box. The apartments have fully furnished kitchens and bathrooms, internet connection and Satellite TV. There is also a daily cleaning service from Monday to Friday and for stays of 6-nights or more, clients receive a welcome package.

On the main floor you will find the living room and the dining room, both with high ceilings and brick walls. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable.
In the bedroom you have the option of one double bed or two single beds depending on your needs. The shower is decorated in wood making it originall and cozy.

On the upper floor you find the main bedroom with queen-size bed, a bathroom with a small bathtub and a small study.
