DESCRIPTION

Fraîchement rénové, cet appartement est situé au premier étage d'une maison unifamiliale. Il a deux entrées indépendantes, dont une donne sur une grande terrasse en bois doté de meubles de jardin. L'appartement est meublé simplement mais offre tout le confort requis.

L'appartement est situé au pied du Cap-Diamant, près du fameux grand escalier qui monte aux Plaines d'Abraham, à proximité de l'Anse Brown, d'un parc avec piscine, d'une piste cyclable et à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du quartier du Petit Champlain dans un secteur tranquille et agréable. Dans le Petit Champlain, vous trouverez tous les services, les restaurants, les boutiques d'art et d'artisanat. Pas très loin de la traverse de Lévis.

Dès l'entrée, on pénètre dans le salon composé d'un sofa de trois places et d'un autre de deux places où les planchers sont en bois flottant. La vaste cuisine au plancher de céramique sert également de salle à manger. Tous les appareils ménagers sont quasi neufs incluant la laveuse-sécheuse installées dans la cuisine.

La chambre est dotée d'un lit double (140 cm). Les planchers sont en bois flottant. Un stationnement est possible dans la rue, sans vignette. L'hiver, on peut stationner sur le terrain.
